Infographics
To assist educators in sharing and demonstrating the benefits of language learning to fellow teachers, students, and policymakers, CULTR has started developing downloadable infographics that are free for everyone.
As an applicable tool for teaching, learning, and advocacy, CULTR’s infographics demonstrate a powerful way to share information with others. Infographics, a visual representation of data or knowledge, have been shown to improve cognition by enhancing the human visual system’s ability to see patterns and trends. For this reason, infographics, when correctly utilized, offer a compelling communication medium that can communicate complex data quickly and clearly.
Use the PDFs below to help you and others advocate for the teaching and learning of world languages for all. These infographics may be particularly effective as handouts or slides in PowerPoint presentations. Please remember to credit the sources and the Center for Urban Language Teaching and Research (CULTR).
